ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О поручении Счетной палате Российской Федерации В соответствии со статьей 10 Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Поручить Счетной палате Российской Федерации провести проверку финансово-хозяйственной деятельности Морской администрации порта Санкт-Петербург и Государственной администрации Санкт-Петербургского морского рыбного порта и использования ими находящейся в их ведении федеральной собственности в период с 1 января 1996 года по 1 июня 1998 года. 2. О результатах проверки Счетной палате Российской Федерации проинформировать Государственную Думу до 1 октября 1998 года. 3. Направить настоящее Постановление Председателю Счетной палаты Российской Федерации. 4. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
