МИНИСТЕРСТВО ЮСТИЦИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПРИКАЗ Москва 1 марта 2019 г. № 36 Об утверждении значений целевых показателей эффективности деятельности органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и администрации г. Байконура по осуществлению переданных им полномочий Российской Федерации на государственную регистрацию актов гражданского состояния на 2019 год Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 27 марта 2019 г. Регистрационный № 54181 Во исполнение пункта 8 Правил формирования и предоставления из федерального бюджета единой субвенции бюджетам субъектов Российской Федерации, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 27.03.2013 № 275 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, № 13, ст. 1576; 2015, № 1 (ч. 2), ст. 252), в соответствии с постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 14.12.2016 № 1349 "О формировании и предоставлении из федерального бюджета единой субвенции бюджету г. Байконура" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2016, № 51, ст. 7400) и распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 03.12.2013 № 2256-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, № 49 (ч. 7), ст. 6503; 2016, № 40, ст. 5778; 2017, № 25, ст. 3728, № 28, ст. 4176) приказываю: Утвердить значения целевых показателей эффективности деятельности органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и администрации г. Байконура по осуществлению переданных им полномочий Российской Федерации на государственную регистрацию актов гражданского состояния на 2019 год согласно приложениям № 1 - 7. Министр А.В.Коновалов ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ № 1 к приказу Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации от 1 марта 2019 г. № 36 Значения целевого показателя "Количество зарегистрированных актов гражданского состояния" _______________ Приложения №№ 1 - 7 не приводятся.
