The Ministry of Property Management and the Ministry of Transport must take steps to create the federal state unitary enterprise “Airport Ulyanovsk,” and the Ministry of Transport must approve its charter, appoint its head, and sign a contract with that person.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 1 ноября 2001 г. N 1454-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Минимущества России, Минэкономразвития России и Минтранса России, согласованное с администрацией Ульяновской области, о создании федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Аэропорт Ульяновск" Минтранса России. Минимуществу России определить по согласованию с Минтрансом России состав федерального имущества, закрепляемого на праве хозяйственного ведения за указанным предприятием, и осуществить юридические действия, связанные с созданием этого предприятия и наделением его имуществом. 2. Минтрансу России в установленном порядке утвердить устав федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Аэропорт Ульяновск", назначить по согласованию с администрацией Ульяновской области руководителя этого предприятия и заключить с ним контракт.
