РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 3 Арбитражного процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 19 июня 2015 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 24 июня 2015 года Внести в статью 3 Арбитражного процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2002, № 30, ст. 3012) изменение, дополнив ее частью 5 следующего содержания: "5. В случае отсутствия нормы процессуального права, регулирующей отношения, возникшие в ходе судопроизводства в арбитражных судах, арбитражные суды применяют норму, регулирующую сходные отношения (аналогия закона), а при отсутствии такой нормы действуют исходя из принципов осуществления правосудия в Российской Федерации (аналогия права).".
