ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 3 сентября 2003 г. N 1277-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложения Буздякского районного Совета и президиума Туймазинского городского Совета народных депутатов Республики Башкортостан и Минимущества России, согласованные с Минфином России, Минтрансом России, Правительством Республики Башкортостан и федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 103 (пос. Кандры), о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципальных образований "Буздякский район" и "Город Туймазы и Туймазинский район" (Республика Башкортостан) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минтрансом России и органами местного самоуправления соответствующих муниципальных образований обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 103 указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов коммунально-бытового назначения в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, в 2003 году осуществляет передающая сторона. N 1277-р П Е Р Е Ч Е Н Ь передаваемых в собственность муниципальных образований "Буздякский район" и "Город Туймазы и Туймазинский район" (Республика Башкортостан) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении федерального государственного унитарного дорожного эксплуатационного предприятия N 103 объектов коммунально-бытового назначения Муниципальное образование "Буздякский район" Жилой дом N 28, пос. Буздяк, ул. 50 лет ВЛКСМ Муниципальное образование "Город Туймазы и Туймазинский район" Жилой дом N 45, г. Туймазы, пос. Кандры, ул. Чапаева, с инженерными коммуникациями: сети водоснабжения протяженностью 35,9 м сети газоснабжения протяженностью 45,8 м сети канализации протяженностью 96,8 м сети теплоснабжения протяженностью 550,7 м сети электроснабжения протяженностью 39,5 м _______________
