РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в статью 17 Федерального закона "Об индивидуальном (персонифицированном) учете в системе обязательного пенсионного страхования" Принят Государственной Думой 9 июля 2020 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 15 июля 2020 года Внести в статью 17 Федерального закона от 1 апреля 1996 года № 27-ФЗ "Об индивидуальном (персонифицированном) учете в системе обязательного пенсионного страхования" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 14, ст. 1401; 2001, № 44, ст. 4149; 2003, № 1, ст. 13; 2009, № 30, ст. 3739; 2011, № 29, ст. 4291; № 49, ст. 7057; 2013, № 52, ст. 6986; 2014, № 30, ст. 4217; 2016, № 1, ст. 5; № 27, ст. 4183; 2019, № 14, ст. 1461; № 51, ст. 7488) следующие изменения: 1) дополнить новыми частями восемнадцатой - двадцатой следующего содержания: "Территориальный орган Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации обращается в суд с заявлением о взыскании сумм финансовых санкций, предусмотренных настоящей статьей, если общая сумма финансовых санкций, подлежащая взысканию, превышает 3 000 рублей, за исключением случая, предусмотренного частью двадцатой настоящей статьи. В случае, если в течение трех лет со дня истечения срока исполнения самого раннего требования об уплате финансовых санкций, учитываемого территориальным органом Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации при расчете общей суммы финансовых санкций, подлежащей взысканию, такая сумма финансовых санкций превысила 3 000 рублей, территориальный орган Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации обращается в суд в течение шести месяцев со дня, когда указанная сумма превысила 3 000 рублей. В случае, если в течение трех лет со дня истечения срока исполнения самого раннего требования об уплате финансовых санкций, учитываемого территориальным органом Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации при расчете общей суммы финансовых санкций, подлежащей взысканию, такая сумма финансовых санкций не превысила 3 000 рублей, территориальный орган Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации обращается в суд в течение шести месяцев со дня истечения указанного трехлетнего срока."; 2) части восемнадцатую - двадцать первую считать соответственно частями двадцать первой - двадцать четвертой.
