ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 октября 2003 г. N 1509-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложения Сосновского и Чебаркульского районных Советов депутатов (Челябинская область) и Минимущества России, согласованные с Минфином России, Минтрансом России, администрацией Челябинской области и федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 106, о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципальных образований "Сосновский район" и "Чебаркульский район" (Челябинская область) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минтрансом России и органами местного самоуправления соответствующих муниципальных образований Челябинской области в установленном порядке обеспечить передачу федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 106 указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с пунктом 1 настоящего распоряжения, в 2003 году осуществляет передающая сторона.
