ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 7 июля 2005 г. N 945-р г. Москва 1. Передать в государственную собственность Калужской области относящееся к федеральной собственности имущество, необходимое для реализации ее полномочий по организации тушения пожаров, согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с МЧС России и правительством Калужской области обеспечить в установленном порядке прием-передачу имущества, указанного в приложении к настоящему распоряжению.
