ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 24 декабря 2003 г. N 1906-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Новошахтинской городской Думы (Ростовская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с государственным унитарным предприятием федеральной собственности "Новошахтинское автотранспортное предприятие" (г. Новошахтинск, Ростовская область), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Новошахтинска относящегося к федеральной собственности и находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объекта коммунально-бытового назначения - жилого дома, расположенного в г. Новошахтинске, ул. Харьковская, 62а (за исключением приватизированных квартир N 4-11, 13, 14, 18, 19, 21-23, 25, 27-31, 33, 34, 36-42, 44-46, 48-52, 54-56, 60). 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией г. Новошахтинска обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным предприятием федеральной собственности "Новошахтинское автотранспортное предприятие" указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта коммунально-бытового назначения в муниципальную собственность.
