УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О подготовке празднования 850-летия города Костромы В связи с историческим значением города Костромы постановляю: 1. Принять предложение администрации Костромской области и органов местного самоуправления города Костромы о праздновании 850-летия города. 2. Администрации Костромской области и органам местного самоуправления города Костромы разработать программу финансирования строительства и реконструкции объектов г. Костромы на период 1997 - 2001 годов за счет средств бюджета области и внебюджетных средств. 3. Федеральным органам исполнительной власти оказывать в пределах своей компетенции содействие администрации Костромской области в подготовке мероприятий в связи с празднованием 850-летия г. Костромы.
