ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 27 февраля 2003 г. N 241-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Магдагачинского районного Совета народных депутатов и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России и администрацией Амурской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Магдагачинского района Амурской области находящихся в федеральной собственности объектов коммунально-бытового назначения Сковородинской квартирно-эксплуатационной части, расположенных в пос. Магдагачи (Амурская область), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минобороны России и администрацией Магдагачинского района Амурской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Минобороны России по согласованию с Минфином России обеспечить в 2003 году возмещение затрат местного бюджета на функционирование объектов, переданных в установленном порядке в муниципальную собственность в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, за счет средств федерального бюджета, предусмотренных по смете на текущее содержание Минобороны России.
