ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 6 июня 2005 г. № 352 МОСКВА О порядке осуществления расходов военнослужащими, проходящими военную службу по призыву, по уплате государственной пошлины за подачу жалобы (заявления) в суд по вопросам, связанным с прохождением военной службы В соответствии со статьей 21 Федерального закона "О статусе военнослужащих" Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Военнослужащие, проходящие военную службу по призыву в Вооруженных Силах Российской Федерации, других войсках, воинских формированиях и органах (далее - военнослужащие), за подачу жалобы (заявления) в суд по вопросам, связанным с прохождением военной службы, уплачивают государственную пошлину в порядке, установленном законодательством Российской Федерации. 2. Возмещение военнослужащим расходов по уплате государственной пошлины за подачу жалобы (заявления) в суд по вопросам, связанным с прохождением военной службы, осуществляется воинскими частями, в которых военнослужащие проходят военную службу. Порядок возмещения военнослужащим указанных расходов устанавливается руководителями федеральных органов исполнительной власти, в которых федеральным законом предусмотрена военная служба. 3. Финансирование расходов, связанных с реализацией настоящего постановления, осуществляется за счет ассигнований, предусмотренных в федеральном бюджете на соответствующий год федеральным органам исполнительной власти, в которых федеральным законом предусмотрена военная служба. 4. Настоящее постановление распространяется на правоотношения, возникшие с 1 января 2005 г. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации М.Фрадков
