ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 25 марта 2010 г. № 418-р МОСКВА 1. Определить Минтранс России органом, обеспечивающим участие Российской Федерации в деятельности Межправительственной организации по международным железнодорожным перевозкам (далее - организация) и уплату взносов Российской Федерации в бюджет организации. 2. Минтрансу России в 2010 году осуществить расходы, связанные с уплатой взноса Российской Федерации в бюджет организации, за счет и в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных Минтрансу России в федеральном бюджете на 2010 год по подразделу "Международные отношения и международное сотрудничество" раздела "Общегосударственные вопросы" классификации расходов бюджетов на уплату взносов в международные организации. 3. Минтрансу России и Минфину России предусматривать при формировании проекта федерального бюджета на очередной финансовый год и плановый период необходимые бюджетные ассигнования для уплаты взносов Российской Федерации в бюджет организации.
