ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 24 августа 2005 г. N 1303-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение централизованной религиозной организации - Калужской епархии Русской православной церкви (далее - епархия) и Минэкономразвития России о безвозмездной передаче в собственность епархии для использования в соответствии с целями деятельности епархии, определенными ее уставом, находящихся в федеральной собственности объектов религиозного назначения согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу осуществить в установленном порядке передачу объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в собственность епархии.
