ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 12 марта 1996 г. N 359-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Минсельхозпрода России и органов исполнительной власти Республики Бурятия, Приморского края, Архангельской, Белгородской, Ивановской, Ленинградской, Новгородской, Псковской, Томской и Тюменской областей, согласованное с Минприроды России и Минфином России, о продолжении проведения в 1996 году в указанных субъектах Российской Федерации эксперимента по выработке механизма определения порядка и установления размеров платы за пользование охотничьими ресурсами. 2. Минприроды России, Минсельхозпроду России, другим федеральным органам исполнительной власти учесть результаты эксперимента при подготовке в соответствии с распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 17 июля 1995 г. N 981-р проекта постановления Правительства Российской Федерации о порядке осуществления и предельных размерах платы за пользование объектами животного мира с изъятием их из среды обитания. Минприроды России обеспечить представление указанного проекта к 1 июня 1996 г. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации В. Черномырдин
