ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 28 августа 2002 г. N 1206-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение администрации Одинцовского района Московской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, правительством Московской области и государственным унитарным эксплуатационным предприятием "ЭКСПР" Минимущества России, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Одинцовского района относящегося к федеральной собственности находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объекта коммунально-бытового назначения - жилого дома, расположенного в Одинцовском районе Московской области, дер. Марфино, д. 2. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией Одинцовского района Московской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным эксплуатационным предприятием "ЭКСПР" Минимущества России объекта, указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объекта, передаваемого в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, в 2002 году осуществляет передающая сторона.
