The Government amends the Sochi Olympic construction and development programme.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 25 мая 2012 г. № 521 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в Программу строительства олимпийских объектов и развития города Сочи как горноклиматического курорта Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Внести в Программу строительства олимпийских объектов и развития города Сочи как горноклиматического курорта, утвержденную постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 29 декабря 2007 г. № 991 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2008, № 2, ст. 113; № 25, ст. 2978; 2009, № 3, ст. 389; № 31, ст. 3948; 2010, № 4, ст. 408; № 25, ст. 3183; № 34, ст. 4489; № 50, ст. 6710; 2011, № 2, ст. 304; № 10, ст. 1389; 2012, № 17, ст. 2006; № 20, ст. 2550), следующие изменения: а) пункт 55 изложить в следующей редакции: "55.Морской порт Сочи с береговой инфраструктурой с целью создания международного центра морских пассажирских и круизных перевозок (проектные и изыскательские работы, реконструкция, строительство (создание) искусственного земельного участка (участков), гидротехнических сооружений (включая гидротехнические сооружения пунктов базирования ФСБ России и ФСО России), здания морского вокзала с пунктом пропуска и иных зданий и сооружений, в том числе частично за счет средств открытого акционерного общества "Сочинский морской торговый порт" и федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Росморпорт")";Росморречфлот б) дополнить пунктами 55 1 и 55 2 следующего содержания: "55 1 .Береговые объекты пункта базирования пограничных кораблей в морском порту Сочи (проектные и изыскательские работы, строительство зданий и сооружений, за исключением специального оборудования и специальной связи)Росморречфлот 55 2 .Береговые объекты пункта базирования катеров и яхт ФСО России в морском порту Сочи (проектные и изыскательские работы, строительство зданий и сооружений)ФСО России".
