МИНИСТЕРСТВО СЕЛЬСКОГО ХОЗЯЙСТВА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПРИКАЗ Москва 1 февраля 2022 г. № 38 Об утверждении индикатора риска нарушения обязательных требований по федеральному государственному контролю (надзору) в сфере обращения лекарственных средств для ветеринарного применения Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 28 февраля 2022 г. Регистрационный № 67568 В соответствии с пунктом 1 части 10 статьи 23 Федерального закона от 31 июля 2020 г. № 248-ФЗ "О государственном контроле (надзоре) и муниципальном контроле в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2020, № 31, ст. 5007; 2021, № 24, ст. 4188), абзацем вторым пункта 3 Положения о федеральном государственном контроле (надзоре) в сфере обращения лекарственных средств, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 29 июня 2021 г. № 1049 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2021, № 27, ст. 5427), и пунктом 1 Положения о Министерстве сельского хозяйства Российской Федерации, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 12 июня 2008 г. № 450 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2008, № 25, ст. 2983; Официальный интернет-портал правовой информации (www.pravo.gov.ru), 26 января 2022 г.), приказываю: Утвердить прилагаемый индикатор риска нарушения обязательных требований по федеральному государственному контролю (надзору) в сфере обращения лекарственных средств для ветеринарного применения. Министр Д.Н.Патрушев УТВЕРЖДЕН приказом Минсельхоза России от 1 февраля 2022 г. № 38 Индикатор риска нарушения обязательных требований по федеральному государственному контролю (надзору) в сфере обращения лекарственных средств для ветеринарного применения Установление факта владения на праве собственности или ином законном основании двумя и более лицензиатами производственным объектом для осуществления работ (услуг), составляющих лицензируемый вид деятельности.
