ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СОВЕТА ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О проекте федерального закона "О внесении дополнения в статью 164 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации" В соответствии со статьей 104 Конституции Российской Федерации Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Внести в Государственную Думу Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации проект федерального закона "О внесении дополнения в статью 164 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации" (прилагается). 2. Предложить Государственной Думе Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации рассмотреть указанный проект федерального закона в первоочередном порядке. 3. Назначить представителем Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации при рассмотрении указанного проекта федерального закона Государственной Думой Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации члена Совета Федерации Назарчука Александра Григорьевича. 4. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия. Председатель Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Е.С.СТРОЕВ Москва 20 декабря 2000 года N 344-СФ ____________________ Приложение к постановлению Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации от 20 декабря 2000 года N 344-СФ Проект ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении дополнения в статью 164 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации Статья 1. Внести в статью 164 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации от 5 августа 2000 года N 117-ФЗ (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2000, N 32, ст. 3340) следующее дополнение: пункт 3 после слов "20 процентов" дополнить словами ", в том числе 1 процент на финансирование государственного заказа в области сельскохозяйственного машиностроения,". Статья 2. Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу с 1 апреля 2001 года. Президент Российской Федерации
