ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 29 сентября 2022 г. № 2864-р МОСКВА 1. Принять в федеральную собственность государственное образовательное учреждение высшего образования Московской области Московский государственный областной университет (далее - учреждение). 2. Определить, что функции и полномочия учредителя учреждения осуществляет Минпросвещения России. 3. Росимуществу совместно с Минпросвещения России и Правительством Московской области обеспечить в 6-месячный срок осуществление необходимых мероприятий по принятию в собственность Российской Федерации находящегося в собственности Московской области имущества, закрепленного за учреждением.
