The Government agrees to use military transport aviation in 1998 for delivering essential food and other basic goods to military garrisons in certain northern and eastern regions, with expenses charged to the Ministry of Defense budget.

Москва Согласиться с предложением Минобороны России об использовании в 1998 году военно-транспортной авиации в интересах военной торговли (в количестве 60 самолето-рейсов) для перевозки ранней плодоовощной скоропортящейся продукции и других продовольственных товаров, а также непродовольственных товаров первой необходимости в целях обеспечения военных гарнизонов, дислоцированных в районах Крайнего Севера, Дальнего Востока, Сибири, Забайкалья, с отнесением расходов за счет сметы Минобороны России.
