ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 14 октября 1996 г. N 1546-р г. Москва В целях укрепления судебно-экспертных учреждений системы Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации: 1. Государственному комитету Российской Федерации по науке и технологиям совместно с Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации и Министерством финансов Российской Федерации рассмотреть вопрос о выделении в 1997 году средств на обновление и развитие приборной базы судебно-экспертных учреждений системы Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации. 2. Министерству экономики Российской Федерации и Министерству финансов Российской Федерации предусмотреть при разработке проекта федерального бюджета на 1998 год выделение средств на финансирование работ по завершению строительства Российского федерального центра судебной экспертизы при Министерстве юстиции Российской Федерации в г. Москве и Центральной нижегородской лаборатории судебной экспертизы. 3. Государственному комитету Российской Федерации по управлению государственным имуществом совместно с Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации в установленном порядке решить до 1 января 1997 г. вопрос о передаче на баланс Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации помещений, арендуемых судебно-экспертными учреждениями системы Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации, а также о выделении при необходимости указанным учреждениям дополнительных помещений, соответствующих характеру их деятельности.
