ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Федеральном законе "О несостоятельности (банкротстве) кредитных организаций" (проект N 97700235-2) Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Согласиться с мотивами решения Президента Российской Федерации о возвращении без рассмотрения (письмо от 31 июля 1998 года N Пр-1089) Федерального закона "О несостоятельности (банкротстве) кредитных организаций" (проект N 97700235-2), принятого Государственной Думой 15 июля 1998 года и одобренного Советом Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации 17 июля 1998 года, и снять указанный Федеральный закон с дальнейшего рассмотрения Государственной Думой. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации и в Совет Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
