РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в статьи 8 и 24 Федерального закона "О высшем и послевузовском профессиональном образовании" Принят Государственной Думой 11 декабря 2009 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 16 декабря 2009 года Внести в Федеральный закон от 22 августа 1996 года № 125-ФЗ "О высшем и послевузовском профессиональном образовании" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 35, ст. 4135; 2003, № 2, ст. 163; 2004, № 35, ст. 3607; 2006, № 1, ст. 10; 2007, № 1, ст. 21; № 2, ст. 360; № 7, ст. 838; № 17, ст. 1932; № 43, ст. 5084; № 44, ст. 5280; № 49, ст. 6068, 6069, 6070; 2008, № 30, ст. 3616; 2009, № 7, ст. 786; № 46, ст. 5419) следующие изменения: а) абзац пятый пункта 3 статьи 8 дополнить предложением следующего содержания: "Филиалы федеральных государственных высших учебных заведений, подведомственных федеральным органам исполнительной власти, в которых федеральными законами предусмотрена военная служба, создаются учредителем по согласованию с федеральным органом исполнительной власти, осуществляющим функции по выработке государственной политики и нормативно-правовому регулированию в сфере образования."; б) в подпункте 6 пункта 2 статьи 24 слова "Российской Федерации;" заменить словами "Российской Федерации. Создание, реорганизация и ликвидация федеральных государственных высших учебных заведений, подведомственных федеральным органам исполнительной власти, в которых федеральными законами предусмотрена военная служба, осуществляются без согласования с органами законодательной и исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации;".
