ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 12 августа 1999 г. N 921 г. Москва Об обеспечении сотрудников органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации и военнослужащих Федеральной пограничной службы Российской Федерации, направленных для несения службы в составе международного полицейского персонала в Косово Во исполнение распоряжения Президента Российской Федерации от 25 июня 1999 г. N 206-рп Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Сохранить сотрудникам органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации (далее именуются - сотрудники) и военнослужащим Федеральной пограничной службы Российской Федерации (далее именуются - военнослужащие), направленным для несения службы в составе международного полицейского персонала в Косово, выплату (в рублях) в 100-процентном размере окладов по специальному или воинскому званию и штатной должности по последнему месту службы, процентной надбавки за выслугу лет, надбавки за особые условия службы, а также ежемесячной доплаты сотрудникам и надбавки военнослужащим, имеющим право на пенсию. 2. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации обеспечить финансирование за счет средств резервного фонда Правительства Российской Федерации расходов Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации и Федеральной пограничной службы Российской Федерации по осуществлению мероприятий, связанных с направлением сотрудников и военнослужащих для несения службы в составе международного полицейского персонала в Косово, в размере соответственно 14,5 млн. рублей и 0,5 млн. рублей.
