ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 19 сентября 1994 г. N 1501-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Госкомимущества России, согласованное с Госкомоборонпромом России, о внесении в уставный капитал акционерной авиастроительной компании "Туполев" 25,5 процента акций акционерного общества "АВИ.С" (г. Самара), закрепленных распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 8 февраля 1994 г. N 155-р в федеральной собственности. 2. Признать утратившим силу п. 2 распоряжения Правительства Российской Федерации от 8 февраля 1994 г. N 155-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, N 7, ст. 573). 3. Госкомимуществу России в установленном порядке внести необходимые изменения в план приватизации акционерного общества "АВИ.С".
