ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 6 октября 2005 г. № 1608-р МОСКВА 1. Принять предложение Законодательного Собрания Санкт-Петербурга и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минобороны России и правительством Санкт-Петербурга, о передаче в государственную собственность г. Санкт-Петербурга относящегося к федеральной собственности и находящегося в оперативном управлении войсковой части 33491 Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации жилого дома общей площадью 4395,4 кв. м, расположенного в г. Санкт-Петербурге, Рябовское шоссе, д. 119, корп. 3, литер А. 2. Росимуществу совместно с Минобороны России и правительством Санкт-Петербурга обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения жилого дома в государственную собственность.
