ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 17 марта 2003 г. N 336-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение администрации г. Саранска и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, МПС России, Правительством Республики Мордовия и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Саранский тепловозоремонтный завод Министерства путей сообщения Российской Федерации" (г. Саранск), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Саранска относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Саранске, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией г. Саранска обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Саранский тепловозоремонтный завод Министерства путей сообщения Российской Федерации" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. Саранске Жилые дома общей площадью 19517,8 кв. м, расположенные по адресу: ул. Большевистская, N 83 ул. Володарского, N 90 ул. Восточная, N 13 ул. Пушкина, N 2 ул. Энергетическая, N 2 проезд Жуковского, N 2, 8, 10, 12, 14 Общежитие общей площадью 765,9 кв. м, ул. Л.Толстого, N 80 _______________
