УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О применении в целях обеспечения безопасности Российской Федерации специальных экономических мер в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности В дополнение к мерам, предусмотренным указами Президента Российской Федерации от 28 февраля 2022 г. № 79 "О применении специальных экономических мер в связи с недружественными действиями Соединенных Штатов Америки и примкнувших к ним иностранных государств и международных организаций" и от 1 марта 2022 г. № 81 "О дополнительных временных мерах экономического характера по обеспечению финансовой стабильности Российской Федерации", в целях обеспечения безопасности Российской Федерации и бесперебойного функционирования промышленности постановляю: 1. Обеспечить до 31 декабря 2022 г. применение следующих специальных экономических мер: а) запрет на вывоз за пределы территории Российской Федерации и (или) ввоз на территорию Российской Федерации продукции и (или) сырья согласно перечням, определяемым Правительством Российской Федерации; б) ограничение на вывоз за пределы территории Российской Федерации и (или) ввоз на территорию Российской Федерации продукции и (или) сырья согласно перечням, определяемым Правительством Российской Федерации. 2. Установить, что меры, предусмотренные пунктом 1 настоящего Указа, не применяются в отношении продукции и (или) сырья, вывозимых за пределы территории Российской Федерации и (или) ввозимых на территорию Российской Федерации гражданами Российской Федерации, иностранными гражданами и лицами без гражданства для личного пользования. 3. Наделить Правительство Российской Федерации полномочием по определению особенностей применения мер, предусмотренных пунктом 1 настоящего Указа, в отношении некоторых видов продукции и (или) сырья, а также в отношении отдельных юридических лиц и (или) физических лиц. 4. Правительству Российской Федерации в 2-дневный срок определить перечни иностранных государств, необходимые для применения мер, предусмотренных пунктом 1 настоящего Указа. 5. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 8 марта 2022 года № 100
