УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О внесении изменений в некоторые акты Президента Российской Федерации 1. Внести в Положение о Российском организационном комитете "Победа", утвержденное Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 23 марта 2006 г. № 236 "Вопросы Российского организационного комитета "Победа" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2006, № 13, ст. 1362; № 49, ст. 5193; 2007, № 34, ст. 4211; 2010, № 3, ст. 274; 2011, № 35, ст. 5061), изменение, изложив абзац первый пункта 9 в следующей редакции: "9. Организационное обеспечение деятельности Комитета осуществляет Управление Президента Российской Федерации по общественным проектам.". 2. Внести в Положение об Управлении Президента Российской Федерации по вопросам государственной службы и кадров, утвержденное Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 4 декабря 2009 г. № 1382 "Об утверждении Положения об Управлении Президента Российской Федерации по вопросам государственной службы и кадров" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2009, № 49, ст. 5922; 2011, № 4, ст. 572; № 35, ст. 5064; 2012, № 32, ст. 4485; 2013, № 49, ст. 6399; 2014, № 30, ст. 4286; 2015, № 10, ст. 1507; 2016, № 50, ст. 7077), следующие изменения: а) из подпункта 5 пункта 4 слова "Российского организационного комитета "Победа"," исключить; б) в пункте 5: абзац четырнадцатый подпункта 2 признать утратившим силу; из подпункта 40 слова "о присвоении городам Российской Федерации почетного звания Российской Федерации "Город воинской славы" и" исключить. 3. Внести в Положение об Управлении Президента Российской Федерации по общественным проектам, утвержденное Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 20 октября 2012 г. № 1416 "О совершенствовании государственной политики в области патриотического воспитания" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2012, № 43, ст. 5817; 2014, № 30, ст. 4286; 2018, № 25, ст. 3646), следующие изменения: а) пункт 4 дополнить подпунктом "е" следующего содержания: "е) обеспечение деятельности Российского организационного комитета "Победа"."; б) пункт 5 дополнить подпунктом "п" следующего содержания: "п) организация рассмотрения ходатайств о присвоении городам Российской Федерации почетного звания Российской Федерации "Город воинской славы".". 4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 25 июля 2018 года № 452
