ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О нарушении депутатом Государственной Думы Д.Г.Гудковым правил депутатской этики В соответствии с решением Комиссии Государственной Думы по вопросам депутатской этики от 20 марта 2013 года № 17/5 Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Лишить депутата Государственной Думы Гудкова Дмитрия Геннадьевича права выступления на девяти пленарных заседаниях Государственной Думы за недопустимое с точки зрения этики публичное употребление грубых, оскорбительных выражений, наносящих ущерб чести и достоинству других депутатов Государственной Думы, и за действия, свидетельствующие о явном пренебрежении к Федеральному Собранию Российской Федерации. 2.
