ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 17 февраля 2014 г. № 112 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в некоторые акты Правительства Российской Федерации по вопросам поставки газа Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Утвердить прилагаемые изменения, которые вносятся в акты Правительства Российской Федерации по вопросам поставки газа. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации Д.Медведев УТВЕРЖДЕНЫ постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 17 февраля 2014 г. № 112 ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ, которые вносятся в акты Правительства Российской Федерации по вопросам поставки газа 1. В Правилах поставки газа для обеспечения коммунально-бытовых нужд граждан, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 21 июля 2008 г. № 549 "О порядке поставки газа для обеспечения коммунально-бытовых нужд граждан" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2008, № 30, ст. 3635; 2011, № 22, ст. 3168; 2013, № 21, ст. 2648): а) в подпункте "в" пункта 45 цифру "3" заменить цифрой "2"; б) пункт 46 изложить в следующей редакции: "46. До приостановления исполнения договора поставщик газа обязан направить абоненту уведомление по почте заказным письмом (с уведомлением о его вручении) о предстоящем приостановлении подачи газа и его причинах не позднее чем за 20 календарных дней до дня приостановления подачи газа.". 2. В Правилах предоставления коммунальных услуг собственникам и пользователям помещений в многоквартирных домах и жилых домов, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 6 мая 2011 г. № 354 "О предоставлении коммунальных услуг собственникам и пользователям помещений в многоквартирных домах и жилых домов" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2011, № 22, ст. 3168; 2012, № 36, ст. 4908; 2013, № 16, ст. 1972; № 21, ст. 2648; № 31, ст. 4216; № 39, ст. 4979): а) в абзаце первом пункта 118 слова "3 месячных размеров" заменить словами "2 месячных размеров"; б) в подпункте "а" пункта 119 цифры "30" заменить цифрами "20". ____________
