ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 27 апреля 1992 г. N 274 г. Москва О подготовке и проведении 200-летнего юбилея А. С. Пушкина В связи с исполняющимся 61 июня 1999 г. 200-летием со дня рождения А. С. Пушкина Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Создать Юбилейную комиссию и оргкомитет для подготовки и проведения Пушкинского юбилея. Министерству культуры и туризма Российской Федерации совместно с ведущими деятелями культуры, науки, искусства, представителями творческих союзов, ассоциаций, обществ, фондов, народными депутатами России в 2-месячный срок подготовить и представить на утверждение Правительства Российской Федерации предложения по составу Юбилейной комиссии и оргкомитета. 2. Министерству культуры и туризма Российской Федерации совместно с Российской академией наук разработать и представить до 1 сентября 1992 г. на утверждение Правительства Российской Федерации Государственную программу "Пушкин и современность", включающую работу по реставрации, благоустройству и сохранению памятных мест, связанных с именем поэта, изучению его жизни и творчества, празднованию юбилея А. С. Пушкина. 3. Министерству культуры и туризма Российской Федерации подготовить и по согласованию с Министерством финансов Российской Федерации внести до 1 сентября 1992 г. в Правительство Российской Федерации предложения по финансированию и материально-техническому обеспечению Государственной программы "Пушкин и современность". 4. Министерству культуры и туризма Российской Федерации, Министерству печати и информации Российской Федерации осуществить переиздание произведений А. С. Пушкина, предусмотреть через средства массовой информации, Российское телевидение, радио, центральные издательства постоянное освещение его жизни и творчества. 5. Министерству иностранных дел Российской Федерации и Комиссии Российской Федерации по делам ЮНЕСКО провести консультации с целью привлечения ЮНЕСКО к участию в проведении Пушкинского юбилея.
