ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Постановление от 6 сентября 1995 г. N 889 г. Москва О внесении изменений в Положение о Государственной инспекции по торговле, качеству товаров и защите прав потребителей Комитета Российской Федерации по торговле В связи с необходимостью приведения наименований государственных должностей в соответствие с Реестром, утвержденным Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 11 января 1995 г. N 33 "О Реестре государственных должностей федеральных государственных служащих" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1995, N 3, ст. 174), Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет : Утвердить прилагаемые изменения, которые вносятся в Положение о Государственной инспекции по торговле, качеству товаров и защите прав потребителей Комитета Российской Федерации по торговле, утвержденное постановлением Совета Министров - Правительства Российской Федерации от 27 мая 1993 г. N 501 (Собрание актов Президента и Правительства Российской Федерации, 1993, N 23, ст. 2112). Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации В. Черномырдин __________________________ УТВЕРЖДЕНЫ постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 6 сентября 1995 г. N 889 ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ, которые вносятся в Положение о Государственной инспекции по торговле, качеству товаров и защите прав потребителей Комитета Российской Федерации по торговле, утвержденное постановлением Совета Министров - Правительства Российской Федерации от 27 мая 1993 г. N 501 1. Пункт 4 изложить в следующей редакции: "4. Госторгинспекция состоит из Управления Госторгинспекции Комитета Российской Федерации по торговле и территориальных управлений в субъектах Российской Федерации". 2. В подпункте "з" пункта 5, абзаце первом пункта 6, абзаце первом пункта 11, пункте 13, абзацах первом и третьем пункта 14, абзаце втором пункта 15 и пункте 17 слова: "Главное управление Госторгинспекции" в соответствующем падеже заменить словами: "Управление Госторгинспекции Комитета" в соответствующем падеже. 3. В абзаце втором пункта 11 слово: "Главного" заменить словами: "Управления Госторгинспекции". ___________
