ПРИКАЗ Федеральной службы по тарифам от 15 июля 2005 г. N 287-т/2 Об установлении исключительного тарифа на перевозки нефти сырой железнодорожным транспортом по маршруту ст. Зуй Восточно-Сибирской ж. д. - ст. Ванино Дальневосточной ж. д. Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 28 июля 2005 г. Регистрационный N 6835 В соответствии с Положением о Федеральной службе по тарифам, утвержденным постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2004 г. N 332 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, N 29, ст. 3049), постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 15 декабря 2004 г. N 787 "Об утверждении Положения об основах государственного регулирования тарифов на железнодорожном транспорте и Правил предоставления исключительных тарифов на железнодорожном транспорте" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, N 51, ст. 5201) и решением Правления ФСТ России от 15 июля 2005 г. N р-40-т/2 приказываю: 1. Установить исключительный тариф в виде понижающего коэффициента 0,9 к действующим тарифам Прейскуранта N 10-01 "Тарифы на перевозки грузов и услуги инфраструктуры, выполняемые российскими железными дорогами", утвержденного постановлением ФЭК России от 17 июня 2003 г. N 47-т/5 (зарегистрировано Минюстом России 9 июля 2003 г., регистрационный N 4882), на перевозки нефти сырой (поз. 201 ЕТСНГ) в прямом железнодорожном сообщении в вагонах общего парка, собственных (арендованных) вагонах и на возврат собственных (арендованных) вагонов в порожнем состоянии из-под перевозки нефти сырой по маршруту ст. Зуй Восточно-Сибирской ж. д. - ст. Ванино Дальневосточной ж. д. 2. Установить, что указанный в п. 1 настоящего приказа исключительный тариф вводится в действие в соответствии с установленным законодательством Российской Федерации порядком сроком действия по 31 декабря 2005 г. включительно.
