ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 4 января 1992 г. N 8-р г. Москва 1. Разрешить Министерству торговли и материальных ресурсов Российской Федерации получить коммерческий беспроцентный кредит от сирийской фирмы "Инженииринг энд Трэйдинг Релейшенс" на сумму 300 млн. долларов США с рассрочкой платежа сроком на 2 года. Министерству торговли и материальных ресурсов Российской Федерации использовать указанный кредит на закупку продовольствия (говядины и мяса птицы). Рекомендовать Банку внешней торговли Российской Федерации выдать сирийской фирме гарантию по коммерческому кредиту, предоставляемому Министерству торговли и материальных ресурсов Российской Федерации. 2. Министерству экономики и финансов Российской Федерации выделить в 1993-1994 годах материальные ресурсы согласно приложению для поставки их фирме "Инженииринг энд Трэйдинг Релейшенс" в целях погашения кредита, получаемого в соответствии с пунктом 1 настоящего распоряжения. Министерству экономики и финансов Российской Федерации и Комитету внешнеэкономических связей при Министерстве иностранных дел Российской Федерации выдать лицензии на товары, указанные в приложении.
