ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 10 февраля 2003 г. N 160-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Собрания представителей Варгашинского района Курганской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с МВД России и администрацией Курганской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Варгашинского района Курганской области относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Варгашинский завод противопожарного и специального оборудования" МВД России объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в пос. Варгаши (Курганская область), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией Варгашинского района Курганской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
