ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 4 марта 2010 г. № 288-р МОСКВА 1. В целях поддержки молодых российских музыкантов проводить ежегодно, начиная с 2010 года, Всероссийский музыкальный конкурс (далее - конкурс). 2. Минкультуры России: разработать и утвердить условия и порядок проведения конкурса; обеспечивать с привлечением заинтересованных федеральных органов исполнительной власти и российской музыкальной общественности подготовку и проведение конкурса; осуществлять финансовое обеспечение конкурса в пределах бюджетных ассигнований, предусматриваемых Минкультуры России в федеральном бюджете на соответствующий финансовый год. 3. Рекомендовать органам исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации оказывать содействие в подготовке и проведении конкурса. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации В.Путин
