РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон "О наркотических средствах и психотропных веществах" Принят Государственной Думой 22 марта 2016 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 30 марта 2016 года Внести в Федеральный закон от 8 января 1998 года № 3-ФЗ "О наркотических средствах и психотропных веществах" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1998, № 2, ст. 219; 2011, № 25, ст. 3532; 2012, № 53, ст. 7630; 2013, № 48, ст. 6165; 2015, № 1, ст. 54; 2016, № 1, ст. 28) следующие изменения: 1) в статье 16: а) пункт 2 после слов "используемых в медицинских целях" дополнить словами "и (или) в ветеринарии"; б) в пункте 3 второе предложение изложить в следующей редакции: "Если разработанные новые наркотическое средство или психотропное вещество предполагается использовать в медицинских целях и (или) в ветеринарии, то их доклинические исследования и клинические исследования осуществляются в соответствии с законодательством об обращении лекарственных средств."; 2) в статье 27: а) пункт 1 после слов "используемых в медицинских целях" дополнить словами "и (или) в ветеринарии"; б) пункт 3 после слов "используемых в медицинских целях" дополнить словами "и (или) в ветеринарии"; в) пункт 4 после слов "используемых в медицинских целях" дополнить словами "и (или) в ветеринарии"; 3) статью 33 изложить в следующей редакции: "Статья 33. Использование наркотических средств и психотропных веществ в ветеринарии 1. В ветеринарии могут использоваться наркотические средства и психотропные вещества, внесенные в списки II и III и зарегистрированные на территории Российской Федерации в порядке, установленном законодательством об обращении лекарственных средств. 2. На наркотические средства и психотропные вещества, разрешенные для использования в ветеринарии, распространяется действие законодательства об обращении лекарственных средств в части, не противоречащей настоящему Федеральному закону. 3. Условия и порядок использования наркотических средств и психотропных веществ в ветеринарии определяются Правительством Российской Федерации.".
