ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 22 сентября 1999 г. N 1073 г. Москва О территориальных органах Федеральной службы лесного хозяйства России Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Внести в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 20 июля 1998 г. N 797 "О составе, предельной численности и фонде оплаты труда работников территориальных органов федеральных органов исполнительной власти" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1998, N 32, ст. 3871; 1999, N 29, ст. 3733, ст. 3742) следующие дополнения: а) раздел "Федеральные службы России" состава территориальных органов федеральных органов исполнительной власти, утвержденного указанным постановлением, дополнить следующей позицией: "Федеральная служба территориальные органы лесного хозяйства России управления лесным хозяйством"; б) раздел "Федеральные службы России" приложения к указанному постановлению дополнить следующей позицией: "Федеральная служба лесного хозяйства России 2574 26868,1". 2. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации осуществлять с 1 января 2000 г. финансирование расходов на содержание работников территориальных органов управления лесным хозяйством Федеральной службы лесного хозяйства России за счет средств, предусматриваемых на эти цели в федеральном бюджете. При этом в 2000 году указанное финансирование осуществляется путем соответствующего перераспределения в установленном порядке средств между разделами федерального бюджета "Охрана окружающей природной среды и природных ресурсов, гидрометеорология, картография и геодезия" и "Государственное управление и местное самоуправление".
