ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 16 августа 2011 г. N 680 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в Положение о Министерстве здравоохранения и социального развития Российской Федерации Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Внести в Положение о Министерстве здравоохранения и социального развития Российской Федерации, утвержденное постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2004 г. N 321 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, N 28, ст. 2898; 2008, N 23, ст. 2713; N 42, ст. 4825; 2009, N 3, ст. 378; N 12, ст. 1434; N 33, ст. 4088; N 45, ст. 5350; 2010, N 11, ст. 1225; N 31, ст. 4251; N 35, ст. 4574; N 52, ст. 7104; 2011, N 2, ст. 339; N 14, ст. 1944; N 24, ст. 3494), следующие изменения: а) подпункт 5.5 дополнить абзацем следующего содержания: "формирование и ведение федерального реестра социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций - получателей поддержки, осуществляющих социальную поддержку и защиту граждан, а также деятельность в области здравоохранения, профилактики и охраны здоровья граждан, пропаганды здорового образа жизни;"; б) дополнить подпунктом 5.11-4 следующего содержания: "5.11-4. оказывает поддержку социально ориентированным некоммерческим организациям, осуществляющим в соответствии с учредительными документами социальную поддержку и защиту граждан, а также деятельность в области здравоохранения, профилактики и охраны здоровья граждан, пропаганды здорового образа жизни;". 2. Реализация полномочий, установленных пунктом 1 настоящего постановления, осуществляется в пределах установленной Правительством Российской Федерации предельной численности работников центрального аппарата Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития Российской Федерации, а также бюджетных ассигнований, предусмотренных Министерству в федеральном бюджете на руководство и управление в сфере установленных функций.
