РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ ПРЕДСЕДАТЕЛЯ ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Руководствуясь постановлением Верховного Совета РСФСР "О порядке введения в действие Закона РСФСР "О языках народов РСФСР" от 25 октября 1991 года. 1. Образовать рабочую экспертную группу по подготовке проекта концепции Государственной программы Российской Федерации по сохранению и развитию языков народов Российской Федерации в следующем составе: БЕЛОУСОВ - заведующий отделом Института русского Вячеслав Николаевич языка Российской академии наук ДЬЯЧКОВ - заведующий кафедрой Московского Марк Владимирович педагогического университета им. Н. К. Крупской НЕРОЗНАК - директор Института языков народов Владимир Петрович России при Госкоманде Российской Федерации, доктор филологических наук, профессор (руководитель группы) ОРЕШКИНА - научный сотрудник Института русского Мария Васильевна языка Российской академии наук УЛУХАНОВ - заведующий отделением Института Игорь Степанович русского языка Российской академии наук. 2. Участники рабочей группы на все время работы (до 30 декабря с.г.) полностью или частично освобождаются от выполнения их производственных и служебных обязанностей. За членами рабочей группы сохраняется средний заработок и все льготы по основному месту работы. 3. Постоянным комиссиям палат и комитетам Верховного Совета Российской Федерации, отделам Верховного Совета Российской Федерации оказывать рабочей экспертной группе содействие, в том числе по обеспечению необходимой информацией по ее запросам. 4. Финансово-хозяйственному управлению Верховного Совета Российской Федерации осуществить финансирование трудовых соглашений с вышеуказанными членами рабочей экспертной группы за счет средств, предусмотренных на законопроектную работу Комиссии Совета Национальностей Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по культурному и природному наследию народов Российской Федерации на 1992 год.
