The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation is assigned the functions of the state customer for the federal tourism development program, and an earlier decree is amended to replace the named committee with that ministry.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 17 ноября 2000 г. N 858 г. Москва О государственном заказчике федеральной целевой программы "Развитие туризма в Российской Федерации" Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Возложить на Министерство экономического развития и торговли Российской Федерации функции государственного заказчика федеральной целевой программы "Развитие туризма в Российской Федерации", утвержденной постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 26 февраля 1996 г. N 177. 2. В пункте 2 постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 26 февраля 1996 г. N 177 "О федеральной целевой программе "Развитие туризма в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, N 11, ст. 1038) слова: "Государственный комитет Российской Федерации по физической культуре и туризму" заменить словами: "Министерство экономического развития и торговли Российской Федерации".
