ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об образовании комиссии по доработке проекта федерального закона "О военной реформе в Российской Федерации" В целях решения задачи создания правовых основ проведения военной реформы в Российской Федерации Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Согласиться с предложением Президента Российской Федерации об образовании комиссии по доработке проекта федерального закона "О военной реформе в Российской Федерации". 2. Предложить Президенту Российской Федерации, Совету Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, Правительству Российской Федерации направить своих представителей для участия в работе указанной комиссии. 3. Избрать в состав указанной комиссии депутатов Государственной Думы Рохлина Льва Яковлевича (председатель), Бенова Геннадия Матвеевича, Воробьева Эдуарда Аркадьевича, Герасименко Николая Федоровича, Зеленова Евгения Алексеевича, Корниенко Виктора Ульяновича, Корсакова Николая Николаевича, Куликова Александра Дмитриевича, Макашова Альберта Михайловича, Мельникова Ивана Ивановича, Никифоренко Юрия Васильевича, Сайфуллина Инсафа Шарифулловича, Столярова Николая Сергеевича, Суркова Михаила Семеновича, Чилингарова Артура Николаевича. 4. Предложить указанной комиссии до 15 февраля 1997 года завершить доработку проекта федерального закона "О военной реформе в Российской Федерации" и представить его на рассмотрение Государственной Думы. 5. Настоящее Постановление направить Президенту Российской Федерации, в Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, Правительство Российской Федерации.
