ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 24 мая 1994 г. N 606 г. Москва О погашении части задолженности по взносам Российской Федерации в бюджеты международных организаций системы ООН Во исполнение распоряжения Президента Российской Федерации от 9 октября 1993 г. N 680-рп "О погашении задолженности по взносам Российской Федерации в бюджеты международных организаций системы ООН и в бюджет СБСЕ" Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Разрешить Министерству иностранных дел Российской Федерации, другим федеральным органам исполнительной власти, обеспечивающим членство Российской Федерации в международных организациях системы Организации Объединенных Наций (ООН), произвести от имени Российской Федерации во II квартале 1994 г. в счет погашения части задолженности по членским взносам в бюджеты указанных организаций следующие платежи в иностранной валюте в размере 90 млн. долларов США: в бюджет ООН - 50,31 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Международной организации труда (МОТ) - 15 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ) - 23 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Всемирной метеорологической организации (ВМО) - 1,69 млн. долларов США. 2. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации предусмотреть в III-IV кварталах 1994 г. в федеральном бюджете выделение необходимых ассигнований для погашения задолженности по членским взносам Российской Федерации в размере 200 млн. долларов США: в бюджет ООН - 169 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Организации Объединенных Наций по вопросам образования, науки и культуры (ЮНЕСКО) - 14 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Международного агентства по атомной энергии (МАГАТЭ) - 11 млн. долларов США; в бюджет Организации Объединенных Наций по промышленному развитию (ЮНИДО) - 6 млн. долларов США. 3. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации выделить в сроки, предусмотренные настоящим постановлением, необходимые суммы в иностранной валюте за счет средств, предусматриваемых в федеральном бюджете на расходы по неторговым операциям.
