РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 52 Федерального закона "О защите конкуренции" Принят Государственной Думой 18 декабря 2019 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 23 декабря 2019 года Внести в часть 2 статьи 52 Федерального закона от 26 июля 2006 года № 135-ФЗ "О защите конкуренции" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2006, № 31, ст. 3434; 2011, № 50, ст. 7343; 2015, № 41, ст. 5629; 2018, № 49, ст. 7523) изменение, дополнив ее словами ", за исключением предписания антимонопольного органа, выданного органу государственной власти или органу местного самоуправления, если иное не предусмотрено судебным актом".
