РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 47 Федерального закона "Об обращении лекарственных средств" Принят Государственной Думой 9 декабря 2025 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 10 декабря 2025 года Статья 1 Внести в часть 3 2 статьи 47 Федерального закона от 12 апреля 2010 года № 61-ФЗ "Об обращении лекарственных средств" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2010, № 16, ст. 1815; 2011, № 50, ст. 7351; 2013, № 48, ст. 6165; 2014, № 52, ст. 7540; 2018, № 49, ст. 7521; 2019, № 52, ст. 7780, 7793; 2021, № 27, ст. 5145; 2022, № 13, ст. 1953; № 52, ст. 9349; 2024, № 6, ст. 764; № 53, ст. 8504) изменение, заменив слова "2025 года" словами "2027 года". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу с 1 января 2026 года. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 15 декабря 2025 года № 483-ФЗ
