The Government amends the regulation on the Federal Tax Service by adding a rule about the form and completion requirements for an application to exclude a legal entity that is classified as an SME from the unified state register of legal entities.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 6 июля 2023 г. № 1117 МОСКВА О внесении изменения в Положение о Федеральной налоговой службе Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Дополнить Положение о Федеральной налоговой службе, утвержденное постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 сентября 2004 г. № 506 "Об утверждении Положения о Федеральной налоговой службе" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, № 40, ст. 3961; 2006, № 23, ст. 2510; 2007, № 24, ст. 2920; 2008, № 29, ст. 3527; 2010, № 11, ст. 1224; 2011, № 12, ст. 1639; 2012, № 24, ст. 3188; 2014, № 28, ст. 4058; № 51, ст. 7456; 2015, № 15, ст. 2286; № 33, ст. 4839; 2016, № 47, ст. 6654; 2017, № 15, ст. 2194; 2019, № 22, ст. 2811; 2020, № 32, ст. 5304; 2021, № 34, ст. 6205, 6206), подпунктом 5.9.72 следующего содержания: "5.9.72. форму заявления об исключении юридического лица, отнесенного в соответствии с федеральным законом к субъекту малого или среднего предпринимательства, из Единого государственного реестра юридических лиц и требования к его оформлению;". 2.
