Принять предложение: Собрания депутатов Алатырского городского самоуправления (Чувашская Республика) и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минюстом России, государственным предприятием учреждения ЮЛ-34/2 УИН Минюста России по Чувашской Республике и Кабинетом Министров Чувашской Республики, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Алатырь (Чувашская Республика) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия расположенных в г. Алатырь жилых домов (ул. Гагарина, N 325а, 325б, 325г, 325д, 325е) и трассы канализации (ул. Гагарина, инв. N 130172); Цивильского районного Собрания депутатов (Чувашская Республика) и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минюстом России, государственным (унитарным) предприятием учреждения ЮЛ-34/9 ГУИН Минюста России по УИН Чувашской Республики и Кабинетом Министров Чувашской Республики, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Цивильского района Чувашской Республики относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия расположенных в г. Цивильске (Чувашская Республика) жилого дома (ул. Северная, N 6) и части жилого дома (ул. Северная, N 5, квартиры 1-6, 8-10). 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСИН России и администрациями г. Алатырь и Цивильского района Чувашской Республики обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
