ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 26 марта 1997 г. N 408-р г. Москва 1. Признать целесообразным использование части кредита, предоставленного Правительству Российской Федерации Правительством Федеративной Республики Германия 4 июня 1996 г., в размере 15 млн. немецких марок на финансирование закупки оборудования для реконструкции масложирового предприятия акционерного общества "Научно-производственная фирма "Российские семена" (Веневский район Тульской области). Минфину России и Внешэкономбанку подписать с Германской Стороной документы, необходимые для привлечения указанного кредита. 2. Установить, что погашение основного долга, уплата процентов и комиссий по привлекаемому кредиту осуществляются акционерным обществом "Научно-производственная фирма "Российские семена" на условиях, определяемых соответствующим кредитным соглашением. 3. Принять предложение администрации Тульской области, Минфина России и Внешэкономбанка о заключении с акционерным обществом "Научно-производственная фирма "Российские семена" и администрацией Тульской области соглашения о гарантиях полного возврата кредита, указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, и средств, связанных с его привлечением и использованием. 4. Министерству внешних экономических связей и торговли Российской Федерации обеспечить оперативный контроль за ценами, коммерческими и валютно-финансовыми условиями контрактов, заключаемых в счет кредита, привлекаемого в соответствии с пунктом 1 настоящего распоряжения. 5. Акционерному обществу "Научно-производственная фирма "Российские семена" представлять в Минэкономики России, Минфин России и Министерство внешних экономических связей и торговли Российской Федерации квартальную и годовую информацию об эффективности использования кредита, указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения.
